I just snorkel and it sounds as if the reef is great there. Any suggestions on getting there and back from Makad. Fort Arabesque and no place else in Hurghada. 2. They are right compared to Hurgarda it is very quiet and more similar to Makadi , I will favour Marsa and have a snorkelling other half (OH) , a lot of the hotels in marsa have access to their reefs via a jetty which does mean wind can be a factor ie they will close in high winds.
