The June Motel in Sauble Beach has completely reimagined the entire motel experience. From the moment you open your room's pink door, you can tell something special is waiting on the other side. Every design detail has been thoughtfully curated to give off a 1970's beach vibe — neon signs, hanging plants, custom wallpaper with colours. The whole clown theme has been a solid business model since 1985. Before Mehar bought the place, Leona and Lero David built the motel in memory of their father, Clarence Dave, who collected clown.
